Mama Bear soaps. At her website there is a section with Mentholated soaps. Awakenings is a blast . . . though somehow a different cool than Proraso. I used up some of Mama Bear's Rosemary Mint in record time. Not in her Mentholated section . . . but I find it cooling.
For aftershave . . . Aqua Velva Ice Blue and the green Sport . . . both very very cooling.
You will hear about Clubman Jeris Osage rub . . . it is so cool it feels hot when you first slap it on. Makes your eyes feel cool . . . and darn . . . you wish you could just keep feeling that cool longer.

444 Aftershave Balm. The biggest menthol kick to hit your face.
A pea-sized portion is enough.
Musgo Real has a little menthol in it, but it is a small quantity.
And Godrej Menthol Mist - this one is a blast of menthol, even bigger than Proraso.

Ingram is supposed to be very menthol indeed. It is in my list of future trys. Boot's Cool Cologne Lather Cream contains menthol but it is quite mild compared to say Proraso.

I'd have to recommend Gentleman's Best "Chilled" if you want a fantastic soap or cream with a fantastic scent and a cooling blast!
