What pre shave did you use today?

Instead of my usual preshave oils, I tried a big blob of pure glycerine.

There was more blade feel than with oil, but no drama (Rockwell on R6 setting). Post-shave was Nivea 2-Phase Lotion.

The result is very good. I'll include glycerine in my range of preshaves.

Washcloth soaked in hot water, then Holland and Barrett Vitamin E Oil.

This is almost identical to Nuage Men, with sunflower as the base oil, but lemon scented, and laced with Vitamin E, which should be good for your skin.
