Looks like the one in the israeli blade sticky:

There's a ton of IP - Israeli Personna/Crystal. Don't fully understand all the differences myself, but just read this so i can actually help! (maybe... ;p)

+1.. Looks like a Crystal or Precision blade.

Yes -- same wrapper. The blades look the same except the aren't marked "made in Israel". All the other markings are identical.
Thanks for the link to the sticky -- I totally forgot to look it up there.
I was shaving with the Red Personnas, which I thought were "Israeli Personnas" -- but it appears the these blue-wrapped ones are.
Anyway, that gives me a clue to what I'm looking for -- I'll approach John at WestCoast Shaving. I'm sure he'll be able to point me in the right direction.
