What just happened?

This Tech just went for £50.01 on ebay. Was somebody ripped off, or was it a collector desperate for the case? Anyone here get it? It was labelled as a "vintage razor" not an aristocrat or anything.

I think I almost bid on that one. Is it the L2? I needed an L2 Tech to finish my birthquarter razors. I have one now, but I wouldn't have gone that high regardless!

That's a #66 case. The razor is just a tech and certainly isn't worth that much.

Johnnie, that would have been a big purchase for a standard tech! Good thing you came to your senses! Hehe.

IMHO would be almost worth that price for the case and blade holder

I was the second under bidder on that one and was only after the blade cover to complete a set. but the case would have been easy to sell on and the tech well that is worth a few pounds over here as they show up in almost every travel kit made after the early 60's. Good thing about the proceeds they all went to a hospice so the money went to good use. Having a few spare cases around is good for trades........
