What is your "Travel Razor"

I'm going to be headed out of town for 2 weeks of very needed R&R vacation and I'm taking with me my Lord LP1822 (if I damage or lose it, I'm out $10). I think this is a decent travel razor but I'm curious to see what other B&B members use as their "Travel Razor"?

Merkur 1904. It's very small (especially if you take it apart), practically indestructible, shaves well, and is easily replaced in the event of loss.

You picked a good one for travel, anything that's not rare/expensive that won't break your heart if you lose it.

The last time I traveled, I didn't want to check a bag, so I took an old Atra handle I found and some Dollar General carts. It worked out pretty well!

I am coming home this morning after a week in Pa and NJ. Used a Sensor Excel with Cremo brushless and was happy enough with my shaves. Looking forward to getting good back to my DE razors though. A few new ones to try.

Normally I fly so I take a sensor 3. I'm driving up to north Michigan for 4th July, so I'm taking my whole set up. I want awesome slow shaves on holiday

In my travel bag I have a Gillette SuperSpeed flair tip

I'm a fan of these smooth shaving razors and they don't take up much space in the dopp bag. I'm only into it for $15 as well. So if I loose it or it gets stolen. I'm not out a whole lot of $$.

1948 British thin handle tech, because it has a sturdy tin case, is compact, strong, and shaves like a flat-base tech.

A Gillette aluminum handled Tech. Mainly because I have more than one of it so I would not feel to bad if I lost it. Secondly it is a good travel option because of it's light weight and small size.

It is/was a Merkur 37c BUT.... I've just bought a Pelican 1040 mini case so I can take 2 handles and 6 heads next trip WHoo hoo...

I use a gillette tech as my travel razor. It is mild enough to be forgiving of less than ideal lathering and bathroom conditions. I also find tharpt when i travel i will frequently need to shave without my typical 24 hours in between. The mildness of the tech lets me accomplish this without too much burn or abraision.

This is my travel shaving kit.

The whole kit is carried in a small tool bag I purchased at Home Depot.

The Soap in the photo is a container of Cella.

The small white bottle contains my home-brew aftershave (Witch Hazel, Glycerine, Tea Tree Oil and Orange Blossom Water)

The Penguin tin contains blades in my father's old Gillette travel blade container.

The razor is a Muhle D89.

The brush is a Rooney 1-1, but it has since been replaced by a Simpson Wee Scott in a smaller prescription container.

Gillette English 4 piece Tech. Very small package when broken down and nice weight travel razor when assembled.

Bic single blade metal. A very nice razor for a disposable. I think it gives as good a shave as anything out there. Metal safety bar on a single edge plastic razor.

Will ad pictures later.

I travel with a Merkur collapsible travel razor. It's the closed comb safety bar model (210, I think). It's a very mild shaver, but that's not a problem for me when I travel. Waking up in a strange place without having gotten enough sleep the night before is usually a recipe for disaster, but this razor doesn't know how to nick me. Add that to the fact that it collapses down to a size so small that I sometimes lose it in my Dopp kit and it's definitely a keeper.
