Avocado is really good, has a nice sent to it and turns into really slick lather.
Most people will agree with me that is one of the, if not the best TOBS cream.
I second Gryphes on the Avocado. Great lathering, unreal moisterizing, great cream.
My tub is a much thicker consistency than my TOBS Almond, which is more pudding-like in texture. Not sure if this is true of the Avocado in general, or somewhat unique to my tub.
Anyway, I love the scent - it does not smell like guac, fyi.
Judging by the review page, the scent isn't for everyone, but I happen to enjoy it.
The Almond is a great cream as well, but it's in the bottom half of my rotation while the Avocado is batting leadoff.
I've only been able to try the Mr. Taylor cream so far, but I love it. It's got an amazingly strong and manly scent. The quality of shave I get with it is excellent as well, though I can't compare it to the Avocado as I've never tried it.
I love the Jermyn street, GREAT scent. Have a tub of Avocado on the way. I smelled the Lemon and Lime, had a weird fragrance....can't really nail it down. There WERE citrus elements, but it had a base like pledge or something. One of those smells you can't "get out of your nose".
I'm watching this thread closely. I love the Avocado I purchased with my first razor and am thinking seriously about ordering the Rose and Lavender real soon... any other suggestions?
