What is this? ID help please

got this in today from ebay. i am thinking it is a frakenrazor. it is definetly an old type gillette head, but i think the handle is a knock off. i got the box too, which is why i bought it. figured for the $9 it cost me, it should be a good shaver (can keep my single/double rings put away) and i can use the box for another razor. thoughts?

I would concur that the handle is not original, but I'd say you got a good deal! The old types are very good shavers, one of my 2 favorites (the other being the Merkur HD)
