Anytime that I have enough time to properly enjoy a cigar. I generally prefer evening but I'm really not picky if I have time.

I enjoy cigars in the morning with coffee watching birds and squirrels, or walking at the lake. In the colder months in the evening with hot chocolate watching birds and squirrels as well.
After dinner either inside or outside. I am blessed to have a cigar friendly wife. Prefer a boxed pressed Nicaraguan Robusto like an Oliva Series V Melanio.
Anytime there is time is a great time but i love summer nights in the back yard.
Driving to or from work if great too. If i smoke with coffee i tend to do it outside and it is also great!

Most of the time its around midnight after work. A nice pipe in the man cave with some sipping whiskey cant be beat.
Anytime it's not hot and windy.
Oh yes, or a nice Highland Park. when your sitting relaxing with a book or watching some tv.
After reaching home, then coming out to hangout with friends would be the best time.
In my frequent smoking days, almost any time. Now, I seem to find the time most easily in the early-ish morning, after breakfast, outdoors in the cool air. Evenings would be fine for now too -- but soon both morning and evening will be foul and unpleasant outdoors.
