What is it?

I found this at an antique store today. I am hoping someone can tell me what I bought, and if it could be used on straight razors. Also any information on it and a history lesson

Looks like aluminum oxide (almost certain) to me.

Grit varies obviously, but with a strop that thin I can't think of much other than razors it could be intended for


The tool looks like a disposable blade utility knife/boxcutter maybe?

Don't know about the stones but the "tool" looks like a Schick Magazine Repeating razor. Head should swivel for shaving and swivel back (in the position it's in now) for loading from the blade magazine inside the razor.

It is a hone and strop kit for the Enders safety razor.
