What is Finish on Barbasol razor?

I have a Barbasol floating head razor that is in pretty good condition except for the head which is almost completely brassed so I'm looking for a re-plate on it. Does anyone know if the original finish Silver or Nickel?

It's probably nickel. It might be chrome and I doubt it's silver. Just compare the finish to one of your other razors.

I think that there are chrome. I have seen the advertisements, posted either on this forum or ebay, which describe the razor as chrome.

Yes, chromium; outer box on side reads: "Barbasol Razor"; underneath appears "(Chromium)"
