That's a typical good quality standard razor from Sheffield. Nothing to fancy, but very effective. I've owned a couple of that brand in the past, but the condition was not as good as that one.
It's a 6/8" fully hollowed (probably singing) blade with full mirror finishing and gimps top and bottom. Good quality Sheffield carbon steel blades are easy to hone and strop, hold a good edge and are especially smooth to shave with. It will give a comfortable close smooth shave. Enjoy it, they don't really make blades like that anymore. Most of the current production from Germany tends to be a harder steel which don't feel as smooth somehow. That's not saying I dislike the new stuff, but some of the older razors really do work well. That is one of the ones that works well.
