- Brush: Simpson M7 Manchurian
- Razor: Wolfman WR2 1.35SB
- Blade: Gillette 7 O’Clock SharpEdge (Yellow)
- Soap: Noble Otter Orbit
- Aftershave: Noble Otter Orbit
- Post Shave: Thayers Rose, Hyaluronic Acid

Perfect shave tonight.

First time trying a Gillette SharpEdge and my first impression is that it is a great blade. Fantastic paired with my Wolfman. Super smooth and nice and sharp. I would stock up but I have too many blades stored away. I can’t believe I never tried these though as I am a big fan of the Greens.

Orbit soap was finicky tonight. I used the Marco method and it was very watery. I lathered on my face for longer than usual and ended up with a great lather. I do not like heavy menthol in Soap/AS and the NO synthetic cooling is really nice. Cools without making me gag and my eyes water. The M7 performed as usual. It is such a special brush.

10/10 🎉

Razor: GEM 1912, chrome (nickel?) plated with the hexagonal(?) handle; circa 1928?
Blade: GEM by Personna SS PTFE (13)
Brush: RazoRock Barber 24 synthetic
Soap: Williams Mug Soap (sitting on top of Mitchell's Wool Fat)
Rating: 9.8

Tonight's shave on 2.5+ days of growth. BBS after WTG/XTG/ATG passes, no irritation, but two nicks under the nose. Williams is tops in slickness, but not in cushioning

@Ron R What an interesting design on your new aluminum adjustable! Thanks for sharing.

Brush: PAA Starcraft -- performed wonderfully
Lather: Stirling Haverford -- love this stuff
Blade: Gillette 7 O'Clock Green (2) -- very happy with this blade
Razor: Parker 26c -- stole the show today
Post: Thayer's and Stirling Lemon Chill Glacial -- the lemon chill wasn't a good match for the soap

This was a superb shave. The 26c was so comfortable yet efficient. No blood, no irritation, and nearly uniform BBS results except one missed spot left of my mouth and a little "catch" on the chin when rubbed ATG, as usual. Rating: 10/10. Only three of those so far!

Really wonderful scent from this soap. The lather was as creamy and slick as can be...
This razor was back from freshly honed on Ozuku and the edge is ooohhh soooo nice, so smooth and comfortable.
3passes for a mixed dfs, ccs to sas result with any issues. The challenge area for technique improvement remained under the jaw and neck. Aftershaves are just wonderful as well...nice and cool!! Rating 9.5/10

Great start to the morning[emoji7]
- Blackland Brassbird OC
-Nacet (2nd)
- Grizzly Bay HMW badger
- Capt Choice Copper Bowl

-PAA Ice cube
- Ginger's Garden Lavender Marshallow soap and splash.

If you've never tried gingers garden, idk what the hell you're waiting for. The soap lathers extremely well, handles hydration great, and makes your skin feel awesome. The splash is a different consistency. Almost like a lotion. But after using the soap and splash together, i don't think my face has freely better. I'm amazed at the face feel.

Razor: Rockwell 6S, Plate R1
Blade: King C Gillette (2)
Brush: Maggard Plissoft Synth, 24mm
Bowl: Fine Lather Bowl

Lather: VI-JOHN Fruit Fusion Shaving Cream,
A little remnant of yesterday's Soap Commander INSPIRATION
soap.

Post: Dickinson's Enhanced Witch Hazel,
RazoRock GOLD Aftershave Splash

The Rockwell R1 plate is pretty mild. Never felt in danger. The image of a school crossing guard holding my hand came to mind. Three passes WTG, XTG and ATG gave me a close shave.
Mixing Shaving Cream with soap makes a rich lather and the scents complimented each other.
Post shave items were very good. No nicks or weepers or razor burn or BBS.

Have a great day everyone [emoji106]

Comments:
Woke up with a very heavy beard. The WTG pass was very coarse and rough. The ATG was acceptable. However, I still had to use lots of buffing.

My conclusion is that thisblade is dull, so I ‘banked’ it

Razor: GEM MMOC
Blade: GEM PTFE
Brush: Paladin Samurai
Soap: VITOS Extra Super
Lather: Face
Post: Thayers WH Aloe
Aftershave: Captain’s Choice Nor’Easter

The Shave: WTG/ATG & goatee XTG. I changed it up today…I used a different MMOC. The blade is still smooth but the loss of efficiency is definite. Hmmm, how far am I going to push it?
My Paladin Samurai showed off its lather Ninja skills with the VITOS, very nice. Excellent DFS shave, 9.75/10.

Thursday's shave

Pre-shave: shower
Razor: fat handle tech (no date code)
Blade: Perma-Sharp, #1
Soap: Tabac (old forumla)
Brush: Ever Ready TGN 24mm TGN best reknotted
Post shave: Thayer's WH folowed by Pinaud The Veg A/S splash

DFS, 9.0 / 10

Glad to be back playing with the Tech after a hiatus to play with injectors and a TTO. This could be my desert island razor, I think And the Perma-Sharp are, I think the equivalent of the GSB and Nacets in terms of sharp-and-smooth, fast becoming a favorite blade. If they are not the equal to those two, they are darn close!
