- Razor: Razorock Hawk v3
- Blade: Schick Proline (3)
- Soap: Chiseled Face Summer Storm
- Aftershave: WK Tempest
- Post Shave: Thayers Rose, Hyaluronic Acid

Quick 2 pass shave today.

The Yaqi was better than I remembered as was Summer Storm. The Hawk v3 is a nice SE razor but I much prefer the stainless v3.

Another Kai shave, another good shave:

tempImagesUAAIW.jpg

Brush: RR Tricolore -- good as always.
Lather: Stirling Spice -- really nice "earthy" scent to me...
Blade: Kai Captain Titan Mild (2) -- I think I might be a "Kai guy" -- their DE blades, ProTouch, and Titan Milds are all treating me great. I also have a Captain Original sample to try.
Razor: Blackland Vector SB -- a shallow angle and a dialed-in three pass shave with my beard map worked out . . . efficient, comfortable, predictable, enjoyable.
Splash: Old Spice Classic -- new to me as of yesterday; I like it! It's nice to match the soap.
Balm: Nivea Cooling -- more hydration? Why not.

Results: standard for the Vector, and very good: DFS on mustache and chin; BBS everywhere else. A little closer than yesterday, as I did do some ATG buffing on the chin. A couple small dots of blood appeared there. Happy shaves, all!

Brush: Simpson Trafalgar T3 synthetic
Soap: Mitchell's Wool Fat
Rating: 9.9

Today's great GEM shave on < two days of growth. BBS after WTG/XTG/ATG passes. No nicks, but some burning under the nose on the ATG pass, like my last couple shaves with DEs. I'll try a different soap next time and see if it helps.

Awesome quality from the cream. Pleasant scent, very easy to create a creamy and super slick lather...
Shave with razor paired with this favorite blade was awesome as well. So smooth and comfortable for 3passes without any issues for a mostly bbs glass feel finish. Cooling aftershaves were excellent on this oven-hot day as I will be working directly under the sun for most of the day...Rating 10/10!!

Switched out the bakelite razor and revisited the Aluminum timless, and also switched out the Paa rocket for a soc boar. 2 passes wtg and got a very close shave. It is one efficient razor. Was curious so ran the alum over it and nothing, which is good.

Razor: Edwin Jagger DE89 Head on a
Weber Bulldog 3" Handle,
Blade: Gillette Silver Blue (2)
Brush: Semogue 830, 23mm

Soap: Huntlee Master Lather,Sweet Tobacco,
Small dollop of coconut oil

Post: Dickinson's Enhanced Witch Hazel,
PAA Awesome Sauce (PAA's take on Proraso green w/more menthol)

First pass was not very good. I had trouble getting a good lather. For the 2nd pass I rinsed the first lather away and started over without coconut oil. It went much better. Maybe coconut oil belongs in the kitchen after all. 2nd and 3rd passes were much better. I still ended with a great, smooth finish. Near BBS.

8.5 because of first pass.
Have a great day everyone [emoji106]
