Soap: Parker sandalwood
Brush: Omega 10066
Razor: Gillette slim adjustable setting 3
Blade: Gillette Platinum (1)
AS: Proraso green

Oh man, what a great shaving experience! My first shave with the slim (and first with this blade) could not have gone better. Whiskers just jumped off my face, offering no resistance. The weight of the razor was near perfect, the handle maybe just a hair too long. 1.5 passes and DFS. My only regret is it’s a work day and I couldn’t take my time to appreciate it.

9.5/10

Pre-Shave: Cold water splash - OPR Bay Rum shave soap
Soap: TOBS St. James Cream
Brush: Yaqi Red Marbleized Tuxedo synthetic
Razor: Timeless SS SB .68 w/scalloped head & base
Blade: Kai SS (4)
Post-Shave: Cold water splash - Stirling Bay Rum scented Witch Hazel - Lucky Tiger aftershave tonic
AS: Captain's Choice Venture

Between the citrus-scented shave cream and the citrus/pineapple scented aftershave, it was like a Summertime shave. Very good shave, DFS almost BBS...skimmed over a few spots to quickly and left a little stubble...points off accordingly. No blood or injuries. A good four-pass shave with touch-ups. I left the brush out of the picture...DOH!

Happy Shaves, Everyone!

Two passes gave me a very close and comfortable shave. I decided at the moment to use the alum block. No sting whatsoever.
No nicks or weepers or razor burn.

Straight shave #21

Best shave so far in terms of uniform closeness. Getting better at battling my trouble spots, mostly in figuring out the best way to stretch certain areas. Didn't shave yesterday, so unfortunately I had a few bumps on my skin so they got hacked off. No blood after rinsing though. Had that slight tingle when rinsing the face off in a few spots but surprisingly no aftershave burn.

Also tested out the edge on one of my Rolls Razor blades I honed the other day. Seemed fine, although I may end up trying to refine it a little bit but we will see. I'll judge it after I do a full shave with it. My other blade gives me the best shave I've ever had so I know this blade can be better.

Pre Shave: Warm Shower, PAA Unscented Cube
Razor: OneBlade Genesis
Blade: Feather FHS 10 (1)
Soap: PAA CaD, CK6 formula
Bowl: Georgetown Pottery G-20 Scuttle
Brush: Semogue Cherry Wood Handle SOC Boar
Post Shave: Cold Water Rinse, Thayers Unscented Witch Hazel, Nivea Sensitive Post Shave Balm, Proraso Red AS
Rating: 9.5/10 Nice 2 1/2 pass BBS shave. 3 weepers, no cuts or irritation. Every time I use the PAA CaD I have weepers, guess I just haven't learned to dial it in yet. I get a nice thick lather, but to me it just doesn't seem to have the slickness I get with other soaps.

Razor: TNNSER 3D printed designed by @twhite - MFG 2019> great light mid range, nice handle to grip and manipulate on a persons face. Different way to load a Gem blade but it works well. Tom White 3D Printed razor TNNSER.jpg
Blade: Gem Personna SS PTFE (10) excellent blade, very sharp, great longevity & smooths out nicely over use & predictable.
Soap: Razorock Lavender- nice scent with excellent lather qualities.
Brush: Yaqi timber wolf whiskers 24mm - great lather creator, cloud like soft tips, good back bone + great lather painter.
Pre shave: Brush wash whole face with CeraVe hand bar cleanser + a dollop of clear Aloe Vera gel on my cleaned beard area.
Prep: Cold water rinse after each pass of 2 + pickups. WTG + ATG + pickups.
Post shave: Razorock King Louis Lavender with witch hazel + a dollop of Nivea balm.
Results: 9.5 or CCS,DFS,BBS + no irritation + no weepers = :a17:Excellent shave with my TNNSER 3D printed razor with a coated Gem blade.

Smooooth. That's the only way to describe today's shave. First time using the Silver Star blade and with the Timeless it provided a very close, comfortable and irritation free shave. The Omega is fairly new and is still being broken in but whipped up a great lather with the Stirling soap. A very easy and pleasant shave and I'll be trying the blade in other razors this week as it was so good on this outing.

Tuesday's shave - two-pass, 9/10, relaxing and nice:

Razor: Feather DX Wooden scaled
Blade: Kai Captain Mild (5) - starting to tug a bit
Soap: MdC Fougere- I've enjoyed a tub of the Nature for a while so I picked up a little jar of Fougere and of Original- what's to say- it's very nice
Brush: Klenzo vintage badger reknot
Post-shave: cold rinse, and L'Occitane Cade AS, Cerave moisturizer

Wishing all happy shaves!

Sunday night's shave on 1.5 days of growth. DFS after WTG/XTG/ATG passes on a windburned face. No irritation, but two nicks around the mouth. This was an OK but not a great shave.
