First try using the Martin De Candre Nature - decided to scrape some out of the VERY small jar to the shaving bowl. The lather was fantastic and the sheen the best I've seen .... great glide and cushion with a superb post shave feel.

The Martin De Candre Camomille post shave is a solid block so took some working to get soft on to my fingers then face ... the result though is skin that is so soft and smooth it may have taken top spot !! I've since read it can be warmed without ill effects to the composition so may try that for ease next time.

Homestart razor with the 0.90 SB and a second use of the Gillette platinum produced a very smooth close shave.

Razor: Ben Sherman and Fat Handle Tech
Blade: Ben Sherman Stainless
Brush: Omega 10049 boar
Pre: Proraso Green
Soap: Williams Mug Shaving Soap
Post: Aqua Velva Classic Ice Blue

Rating: 1 and 9/10 - I started with the Ben Sherman Razor (a four slot tech copy) and it was crap, one sided didn't seem to cut on the entire length of the blade edge, the other side tugged really bad. I did a WTG pass with it, but I had to switch to my Fat Handle to finish off the shave. Still used the same blade the Ben Sherman Stainless and got a good DFS that was nice to use, so good blades came with the razor.
