SOTD Nov 20-2019, (1st shave with the Oneblade)This shave turned out to be a interesting one, bought one of those Oneblade core single edge razors on sale. Now that is a interesting razor and it seemed to perform well with the floating blade, results were in my sweet spot range. I did do 3 pass shave (WTG,XTG, ATG with a clean up) with results being stellar. Nice razor with the feather blades.
Razor: Oneblade Core
Blade : Feather FHS-10 (1)
Soap: Razorock "The Dead Sea"
Preshave: Brush wash the face with CeraVe hand bar soap + a dollop of Aloe Vera gel.
Post shave : Fine fresh Vetiver with witch hazel
Results : 9.5/10 or CCS,DFS,BBS + minor irritation + 1 blemish weeper = Great shave

Rating: 9/10 - DFS. The razor blade combo made taking the 10 days of growth off easy. I had to interrupt my no-shave-november due to a family obligation where my 101 year old grandmother requested I be clean shaven. I think she has the right to ask me that at 101. Good shave, the soap was slick and the brush did a great job as well.

Brush : Yaqi tuxedo knot 24mm+
Preshave: Brush wash the face with CeraVe hand bar soap + a dollop of Aloe Vera gel on beard area.
Post shave : Alum + cold water rinse
Post shave : Proraso green with witch hazel + Nivea balm
Results : 9/10 or CCS,DFS,BBS + Alum indicates no irritation + no weepers =

Rating: 7/10 - been playing with hypermiling blades and the Platinum was doing great until my ATG pass. It failed and I had to just get through the shave from that point on. Ok shave, but not DFS and wasn't pleasant, so hence the 7 rating. The Floid was great though. Loved the scent and the light cooling effect at the end of the shave.
