Probably my best shave to date.

I used the merkur futor polished safety razor, and built my lather with the matching brush. Using B&M 42. I pulled out a new blade from the sample pack acquired from west coast shaving de blade sampler pack extended - derby extra. Went WTG - ATG. No nicks or cuts. No blood. The styptic pencil remained dry. I patted off with a cold water. After a quick air dry I finished with a splash of B&M 42.

Give it a 9.
