Would you say you have oily or dry skin? How's the cream feel for you as I think on getting it for myself.

My skin is oily.

Using the Green preshave, Green cream and an aftershave Balm, I have been getting very nice pleasant shaves and no drama. Adding some Cremo to the lather seems to add some residual slickness the cream does not have. Post shave feel is very good.

I have stopped chasing BBS and my skin is healthier because of it.

I get the lather wet enough to glisten.

Foams have their place. For example I travel with Mach 3 and Edge Gel Sensitive. But the propellant and preservatives dry out my skin. IMO the Proraso trumps foams easily. YMMV.

One of these days I will try the Proraso Red. I think my skin would like the Shea Butter.

Same for me my face seems fine but I use post shave balm of Dove Hydrate and Shea butter if needed. I think on getting the red tube but assume it'll be good. I used the red can and have the tub so the cream should be optimal. I have school and have to shave my head everyday so it gets difficult at times having to do a quick shave rather than the fun time taking.

This was my first experience with an OC razor, it was..... interesting.
I wasn't chasing a close shave, but rather just getting acquainted with the OLD. On the first pass, I was quite hesitant. By the second pass, I was getting more familiar with the blade feel, proper angle and pressure.

Blade : Gillette Nacet (4)
Soap : Razorock "The Dead Sea"
Brush : Yaqi Tuxedo knot 24mm -"Sagrada Familia" cathedral Barcelona Spain- Yaqi named it after this marvel.
Pre-shave : Brush wash the face with CeraVe hand bar soap + a dollop of clear Aloe Vera gel on beard area.
Prep: Cold water rinse after each pass of 3.
Post shave : FINE fresh Vetiver with witch hazel + Nivea balm
Results :7.5/10 or CCS,DFS,BBS + no irritation + no weepers =

very close shave but I’m not crazy about the Personna blade. The first time I tried it I had some irritation after. Today was 2days growth so I always get a close shaven 2 days. There was a fair amount of tugging. Definitely prefer PolSilver or Feather.
