Razor: Le Grelot 6/8
Strop: Tony Miller Steerhide
Brush: Trafalgar T2
Aftershave: Witch Hazel / Osage Rub

Having back issues today. Was going to give my face a break today but decided to give it a go as I started to feel okay standing. Great shave. Really in love with the scent and performance of this soap. Good stuff.

Lapped off a small bump, but otherwise no blood/irritation/very little burn from the Osage.

Wonderfully scented, rich, creamy and slick lather from the soap...really enjoyed it...
Shave with the vintage razor paired with the blade with a shim was very enjoyable too...really smooth, comfortable & efficient in 3passes for a mostly bbs finish without any issues. Excellent aftershaves too. Rating 10/10!

Bright Sunday morning. Starting to feel like summer - or as close as the UK gets.

Vintage Hobson of Leamingron 6/8 round point straight razor
Yaqi metal handle synthetic brush
Cella "Extra extra Bio"
Vintage (1980s) Shulton (white stopper) Old Spice

I almost picked another brush this morning as the Yaqi seemed a bit too 21st century to pair with the Hobson, but it was its turn, and I'm glad I used it - it lathers beautifully, and the Cella from the pot that always seems to lead to dissent about whether it's more blue or green was a nice choice on a warm day.

Hot flannel shave later in the morning, which never feels quite as good as post shower, but this one's another face rubber. I won't give myself too much of an ear bending if I let myself call it a "10".

Razor: Blackland Razors Sabre L2
Blade: Gem PTFE
Brush: Paladin Saint George Special Edition
Soap: Mike’s Hungarian Lavender
Lather: Face
Post: Thayers WH Aloe
Aftershave: Stirling Bergamot and Lavender

The Shave: WTG and ATG for a DFS shave. The lavender scent is very present with the Hungarian Lavender and Bergamot and Lavender finish, very nice.
The Paladin Saint George makes great lather, has a nice feel to it on the face, and has an extremely comfortable handle.
Tomorrow I will use my El Dorado and then pose my Paladins for a group photo. 10/10.

A nice and relaxing Sunday morning shave—no stubble, or weepers, but one tiny nick. Today, the LOTH and I will go to the stage showing “Grease” musical at a local theater.

Back to the GD Amare soap. Today’s brush is the Paladin El Dorado, my favorite brush. The blade is on its last legs, and I will be changing razors on Monday. Nevertheless, a decent shave – just not as smooth as I like.
