Learned I’m capable of a ‘light’ touch like a normal human. The gates have opened instead of the weepers!

Watch out!
That no matter how light a touch I use, or how mild the razor or its setting, a second pass on my lower lip has a high chance of drawing blood.
I can relate to that because I have a rough patch area, it's just going to have to take some abuse to get a whisker or two off.

I learned that Derby soap is pretty damn good! Cut off a quarter size slice and made a lather party in my mug. Something about using a stick, I really dig it.

My best combo for extreme comfort is my 1962 Tech with a GSB blade and using Cella soap. Smooth and sharp BBS result! Aftershave is Clubman!!!

I learnt that a good quality soap can be the difference between Comfortable 3rd pass and an Outstanding 3rd pass.
I got bored last night (evening non showering shave) and with a new (Stirling) Rambling Man sample - I wanted to see what happens if I do a 3 pass "9" setting (BB adjustable) just for fun. I learned scalping ones skin is not a fun evening type activity!!
Arko soap provides great lather and slickness, and the scent is pretty much plain soap with a little citrus mixed in -- nothing horrible. But I hate the packaging. Of course, if Arko provided a plastic holder like Tabac and La Toja do, it would drive the price up.
