What did you hone today?

There ain't much spline left on the beater and its a near wedge. Actually, I wanted to experience using tape.
5/8 Boker 101
Gave her a quick refresh on my Vintage Felsner Ruby Hone .Just used water with a little Tallow Lather .Love the edge this old hone produced.Very smooth and Keen .Kind of like a hybrid Couticle /J-Nat finish .If I were to guess I think this hone is in the 14 K area for finishing capability .

What all does it say on the blade? I can make out only part of it.
Best I can make out,
“If you don’t tape me I will shave you well.” Or something like that.

"You Lather Well, I'll Shave Well" , You should remember this one I got at auction. We spoke about it. I was the only bidder. Crazy.

Just refreshed a ZY I had not used for quite a while. Finally played around with my Asano nagura on the JNat and surprisingly the result was not too bad - considering my very limited knowledge...
Razor shaved ok after some stropping but I will hit the CrOx to refine it a bit more probably

Playing around with a Boker on an older Dressante with oil.
Got a couple out of the service bay today. Brian Brown 7/8 and T-I 6/8 both got the Arkansas progression treatment.
Bethesda Black to Dota Creek to Arkansas Grey. Nice stones.

Today I finished a honing project which began yesterday. Link.
Top razor is a Torrey. A bit larger than 6/8". The bottom is a Real German Hollow Ground. A bit smaller than 6/8". These are just inexpensive eBay finds I purchased partly to have something to hone, but both look like they'll be nice razors to shave with.
