The head looks like a Gillette "old type" but the handle isn't familiar. Honestly, the handle is probably more robust than a typical cracked old type handle.

Good price. I'd have no regrets.

You will have a better idea when you get it but the 'Best British' blades make me think it might be something made by 'The Major' an Australian company...

The handles are not the exact same but they probably did a few different models. Check under the cap/guard if there are any markings when you get it.
