That is, the Month of Arlington, courtesy of D.R. Harris.

Go puck yourself, get totally splashed, milk it for all it's worth ... stock up, in other words! The plan is to use one product line (or as much of it as you can manage) for the whole month.

Always wondered about DR Harris? Here's your chance to join the club and try it out!

Always thought of yourself as a "different soap every day" kind of guy? Here's your chance to try the simplicity thing for a bit ... with a really good product, at that!

And yes, "partial participation" is accepted.

Who's in??

I am a recent inductee, having had my first 2 Arlington SS shaves this week. I love it, so I am in, but I'll have to go buy some Arlington AS. Should I get the splash or the milk? Or both?

I guess I picked the wrong day to give up my ASAD!!

Hi Doc, hi everyone,

Well, well, well...
Of course I ended up here as soon as I read Arlington for this is my most beloved soap (so far:biggrin1:).
But on the other hand, I've been using it more than regularly lately as my SOTDs would attest, plus I am in with Josh&Friends in this one month long soap journey planned for June, so...:001_huh:
I really don't know. 2 months and some days in a row is A LONG LOOOONG time. Besides, July would include my B-Day shave and I might lack choice and variety in the end.:confused1

Or should I jump on that occasion to treat myself, try and cure my ADs and get some Arlington AS :w00t: as a self-addressed present?
I really don't know... And even if, which would be best do you think, the splash or that milk with a pump?:001_rolle Oh, well, you're eeevil :devil2:, Doc!!!

Anyway, July still seems pretty far away to me, so we'll see...
Let's just say I'll keep an eye on this thread and will gladly report how it all goes with my using the Arlington SS in June. I'm sure it may well bring you some more converts Doc!

A totally confused C_J:001_smile

See!?? I told you... Kinda proud of myself on this one but already swear you won't regret it, be it for June or July. Of course, July would only be procrastination and you sometimes regret that but anyway!!
Enjoy your Arlington shaves Josh!!

Thanks CJ, even if i wanted to back out of Jularlington, i don't think i can now. Since ive never used it before, im tempted to wait until July 1'st to break in a new puck.

Who's buying? :biggrin::wink:

+1, I'd love to participate in Jularlington but after the Mrs. and I recently decided to stop birth control and "try" I have to cut back my spending a great deal. I'll have to settle for reading everyone's SOTD posts and opinions.

I'm going to be all over Joshmpdx's soap-o-june-athon, and then full steam ahead for Jularlington!

(One of the benefits of "Jularlington" is you get to add the same scented aftershave and/or milk and/or cologne for an all-round experience!)

(One of the benefits of Josh's plan for June is you are not limited to a soap that has a same-scented product line ... MWF ... T&H luxury ... it's a long list! It also lets you try out different scents for aftershave and cologne, to see what "goes" with your chosen soap.)

I'm already in for Josh's June Soap Opera. I might as well jump right into this as well. I've been wanting to try Arlington, and my SSAD has been insatiable lately.

However, I'm only in for partial participation. Once the QED Sandalwood and Sandalwood/Rose soaps come in from Chad's and Evan's group buy, there's just no way I will be able to resist cracking into those bad boys immediately! :w00t:

Partial participation is certainly better than nothing at all!

I'd certainly suggest trying to use the Arlington for several days in a row and then a day off, then several Arlington &c, as that way it's easier to make lathering improvements in the Arlington with back-to-back-to-back &c latherings.

(Say, if you have 5 brushes, apoint one as "the QED brush" ... or "the non-Arlington brush" and then rotate through the brushes and every 5th day you get to use something different ... just a suggestion/example.)

Oh, and when placing your orders to stock up for Jularlington, you may just want to plan ahead for Speicktember as well. :w00t:
