MMMMMMMitchell's...... I heard so many great things about this soap, it finally arrived (very quickly from RoyalShave). Can't wait to give it a go!

The lather this soap forms is most satisfactory; it has a nice crispy clean scent. Definitely one of my favorite soaps now. I won't mention any names - yet - but it blew one of the great 3Ts out of the water.

Took a road trip to Southern Pines, just to air out the ragtop, and coincidentally there's a shop called "Opulence" that carries Castle Forbes. Turned out they also carry DR Harris Arlington, so I end up with DRH cream and cologne, CF cream (lime), and when I got home, the nice mailman had left a bar of Mike's Natural lime, and a stick of Pine & Cederwood.
AND....the nice shop ladies recommended a great restaurant. Bedecked in khakis and a seersucker shirt that I bought at the LLBean store in Freeport, I had a lobster roll that was great. Good day all around.

Got a package from WCS today with some towels, DR Harris Windsor EdT, osage rub, and Musgo AS splash.
Used my Windsor cream for the first time today and followed with the EdT. Man does this stuff smell good. The cream made a fantastic lather too.

I have not tried any of the DR Harris products, but am very curious! People always talk about the 3Ts and Harris is not part of it. How do you like and compare the Harris products to the any of the 3Ts? I must say the British sure know their grooming goods.

My favorite soap, I always get a great shave from it and leaves my skin feeling really soft.
The only product I have from one of the T's is ToOBS grapefruit cream. I'm too new to wet-shaving to feel comfortable trying to give a comparison, but I liked the DR Harris cream a lot. The scent was fantastic, and it made a great lather very easily. I would definitely buy again, and I'll probably be checking out more scents when I have the money.

Here's what i got:
WCS threw in a a few samples: GFT almond shaving cream sample, along with a razorock aftershave, and a edwin jagger preshave balm.
Those guys are too awesome!

Nice - is that one without a scent?
I'm waiting on a bottle of DRH Sandalwood a/s splash, and an aftermarket Atra handle, both from WCS. I know the Atra isn't what most people here are about, but it's the one Gillette cart I've not yet tried and always wanted to, but could never find a handle. (Besides, I just bought a Feather AS-D2 last week, so I'm good on my traditional wetshaver karma.)

Can you tell me what the shaving cream tub looks like? Last time I bought some it came in the clear plastic tubs with white paper label on the lid, but the T&H website is showing the sliver tub with embossed lettering on the edge of the lid and a silkscreened label. I'm curious to know if they went back to their older packaging. Also, did it come in a box, and is it made in the USA? Thanks.
The box says 'Made in England'. The tub is dark gray with the small ridges on the side of the lid and silkscreen logo and info on the lid (in black).
Is it a VERY subtle and light scent that T&H says is a light lavender. I put in another post that it is much more than that....it is like a very clean breeze on a tropical morning. Just really fresh...
