What blades should I try?

I hear certain blades work better with certain DE razors. I have Gillette Tech, Flairtip SS, Fatboy, Slim, and Shick Krona. So far, I've only tried Wilkinson's Sword and Personna from Sally Beauty. Sometimes it seems like both are great, and other times not so much. Very inconsistant. What are some go to blades?

Try these: Feather, Super Iridium, Polisilver Super Iridium, Polisiver Stainless, Gillette Silver Blue, Gillette 7 O'Clock black, Crystal, Souplex, Personna Lab, Astra SP, Bolzano. These will keep you busy for a while.

Have you tried any Russian (Rapria Super Stainless, Rapria Swedish Supersteel, Rapria Platinum Lux, Voskhod Teflon Coated, Ladas Super Stainless, Gillette Rubie Platinum Plus or Schick Premium...I happen to like them all), Blades?

What are some go to blades?

That's what you have to determine. Any blade that you haven't tried is a blade that you should try. Until you can provide examples of blades that work well for you I'm not sure suggestions will be of any benefit over random selection.

Are they the red Personnas? If not, try them...they work great with all my razors, new and old. They aren't too aggressive either.

You've got about the same razor lineup as I do (save for the Fatboy). Give the Red Personnas, Lord Platinum Class, and Astra SP a try. Those work for me in my razors. This is just a starting point, though. Your face could be totally different from mine, so only you can discover what works best for you.

You absolutely have to try Astra SP's. They're not the longest lasting blade for me, but they're dirt cheap, sharp, and smooth. More often than not, I go two and out, but I can get 4 shaves out of them.

Get a Blade sampler pack from West Coast and try each blade for 3 shaves and record which one works best for you!

Im a fan of Wilkinson but I am liking the Red IP's better all the time. You might also try the Personna Medical Prep blades. I like the Lord SS too. *shrug*. Deltaboy's idea of a sampler is what I would suggest as well. To me, YMMV applies more to blades than any other aspect of shaving.
