What Blades Came With 40's Super Speeds?

When the Forties Super Speed razors were bought new what blades were packaged with them?
Does anyone here own a NOS Forties SS with the blade package still inside?

It has a very detailed list of blades and dispensers. Just look for the time frame of the razor you are looking for.
