From BST to Father’s Day:
Stainless Blackland Blackbird with polished plate and handle and machines cap. Father’s Day shave was closest I’ve had in a while and never been closer without copious amounts of irritation on prior shaves.

Yesterday was Father's Day and today is my birthday. My lovely wife gave me everything I've been wanting: MdC Nature, Semogue Torga, and a refill of SV 70th Anniversary. The MdC and Torga are on deck for tomorrow!

I was very happy to receive the 2 brushes, but what surprised me when the package arrived was the extra goodies included inside...WOW!! A top-quality soap, a good amount of top-quality & much sought-after DE blades, and awesome brushes! It is an awesome gesture from @SgtCrppls! I really appreciate it and this amazing forum!!

Today I have received a beautiful little 1920 Gillette brush & travel tube for £45. Plus a 1921-1928 Gillette old Type that is in pretty good condition, not that much plate loss and the 2 hairline cracks don't seem to bother it at all. The seller also included a contemporary blade carrier and blue blade, at £26 it was a deal I couldn't say no to. (All btw came from the same seller)
I have already ordered a replica handle from Razoremporium.com for when I shave with it. I've also ordered the replica WW1 Khaki travel case in which to keep it safe.
The brush i have mixed emotions about. I'm excited to have it and curious about using it, yet at the same time I'm worried about using it as I could end up being the idiot who wrecked this rare brush
