Got my bottle today of Hungarian Lavender, smells woodsy yet floral, spicy yet smooth. I’ll give it a go tomorrow morning.
Interesting English Tech set (pretty sure it's a mismatched set) and some old blades to complete my cases that didn't have them.
Looks like a thin-handled post-war Tech. Are you thinking that the case is mismatched? Or do you think that no post-war Techs came with the thin handle?
Just put in another order...this time for 13 pucks of Godrej shave soap. I should be good for a long time!
According to Mr Razor the case would a thin-handle tech from the 40's but that didn't have an aluminum base plate nor did it have an aluminum ball end handle. But I also know Mr Razor's, while extremely informative, isn't necessarily comprehensive.

Got the Dovo I ordered from Knife Center, and got so inspired that I went back and raided the sale table at that pharmacy I mentioned earlier. The Penn Chemists' Tobacco & Honey soap was picked up at another store, and smells absolutely amazing.
The perfecto brush came yesterday. The EJ Kelvin arrived today and was a day earlier than the Amazon estimate. So I’m looking forward to trying the razor out tomorrow
