Ruffles and onion dip. Childhood memories.
We are enjoying fresh seafood in Virginia. Today we had this delicious steamed sampler at the Yorktown Pub. Half a dozen oysters, half a dozen clams and a half pound of shrimp. It was perfect with an ice cold draft beer. We were in Yorktown to witness our daughter “driving” her warship, the USS Cole up the James River.

I am having the same jerky. I went to our break room, took the jerky out, set it on the counter, put my lunch in the fridge, got coffee, and went to my desk. An hour later I realized I left the jerky on the counter. Figured I just flushed $15 down the toilet. Went to break room and found my jerky unmolested. Talk about luck- need to buy a lotto ticket now.
Mac's original pork skins with homemade guacamole.
If you’re eating them with guacamole, change pork skin to chicharrones, sounds more exotic.
