After replying to your post last night I put their "Last Concert" album on for a spin 'round the old Victrola.

I remember listening to the Modern Jazz Quartet when I was about 8 or 9. I think the only album of theirs we had was The Comedy and I was so intrigued by the album cover. We used to listen to it on my gramma's circa 1960 Motorola console much like this one. I remember waiting for the tubes to warm up. Man it sounded great to me back then. Anyway, been a fan of the MJQ since then!
