Those guys are amazing, man. It's beautiful and raw and sad and chunky and visceral and I love the guitar tones so much.
My pre-order of The Dreadnoughts new release made me dig out my Dreadnoughts, Siobhan CD's and lead singer's Nick Smyth solo mp3's. I'm not sure whether Nick's move from Ottawa to Vancouver was entirely voluntary, or whether he was escorted out of Ottawa by the authorities, but he's been a favorite of mine for a long time.
I loved instrumentals growing up in the 1960's. Booker T was a given.
