I had a cocktail last night at a restaurant that I may have to recreate called a Palma: rye, citrus vermouth, black tea, honey, amari, lemon. Seems to be a creation of the place since I haven’t found any references to a similar drink.
Looking at this and placed it on my wish list at Total, got a 94 from Wine Enthusiast.
You find the beverage tasty? I know you probably have not had time to experiment, interested in your take on Neat, Rocks, Mixed for this Bourbon. I imagine it is smooth with the Wheat???
It was tasty. I had it on the rocks last night, because well...it's hot AF in Houston. I'll be having another couple fingers tonight to give it another more in-depth tasting. I will say that it's sweet and relatively smooth, and the caramel notes are highly prevalent. I'll try it neat tonight so that I can properly taste it.

A cocktail smoker is one bar tool the wife has indulged in. I haven't used it yet, but she has used it with good results.

On my second glass of Gentleman Jack tonight. Pretty good stuff considering I'm a beginner. Almost finished up the small bottle.
P.S. as much as I like and cherish the glass I got as a gift, I need to grab a few other nice sipping glasses that don't have big logos on them haha.

I just got one for Father’s Day. I’ve only used it twice but it seems to work well.
I love mine, but I don't pull it out often. I should. Maybe tomorrow night.
