Bombay Bramble martini. Stirred together sweet vermouth, Bombay Bramble with some orange bitters. It’s tasty but Bombay Sapphire is perfect; the berry infusion is an unnecessary distraction.

Continuing to try the Bombay Bramble tonight with a French Gimlet. Bombay Bramble, St. Germain and fresh lime shaken and poured over a large cube. Still not sold on the Bramble.

How did you like this?
Like it a lot. It’s the oldest LBV I’ve had, which isn’t saying much, but it is definitely more complex and flavorful than your standard Ruby or Reserve Ruby. It’s been open a few weeks and holding up well in the wine cooler. I should have let it stand before pouring as a bit of sediment made it to the glass.
