Trying out WithCo Ellis Old Fashioned mixer with a 1:4 ratio. Basically an expensive simple syrup with bitters, vanilla and orange oil. Hard to argue with the results though.

The Glenlivet Carribean Reserve with a few drops of spring water
Sazerac. Similar in a lot of ways to the Inside Job. Good way to start Saturday evening!

Eagle Rare 10. My first ever bottle (can be difficult to source some bourbon Down Under). I'm a little underwhelmed....I think I'm used to the higher rye bourbons....

Decided this pour was good for the finale of Falcon and the Winter Soldier.
I had been having Sazerac Fridays, but got out of the habit. A pair for my wife and me this evening.
I like beer and cider. But this winter I didn’t drink it much. But I tried coffee with cognac and I really liked that hot drink. This recipe came from France. This alcoholic cocktail creates a double load on the heart and blood vessels, so for hypertensive people, it's especially dangerous. Personally, I don't like it because I'm not a fan of hot alcoholic beverages. But many people like it so you can try to make this drink. You just need to make a cup of coffee and add 50ml of cognac, or as much as you want.
Kong and Busch Light go together.
We'll be off to the wine bar later so wine of some sort...
