Couple of margaritas with chips and salsa for the wife and me before dinner. I like 3:2:1 for tequila (Corazon Blanco), Cointreau, and lime juice (1 lime). Salted rim, shaken, served on ice. No garnish tonight.

Absolutely! Sour cherry is an underrated fruit in my view. Portugese food is underrated.
