Chilled Glacier Vodka with a little Dry Vermouth, mixed and let store in Freezer for 2 hours. Stirred and poured into my frozen Martini glass. 2 of them
Last night I tested one of my bottles of Oaked Blackberry Mead. Still a little strong on the oakiness, but it has mellowed since I bottled it (April of this year), and will be fantastic in another 6 months.
Last night Tanqueray #10 with tonic, tonight it's a pinot gris from Alsace. The weather getting warmer is a really nice change - not just in the temperature but my desire for white wine instead of red and light spirits instead of dark.
