It was brutally hot last night but I wanted to try them neat to find out for myself.

The Eagle has stronger wood tones and more peppery spices. The EC has more sweet vanilla tones and is a touch smoother. This night EC was a bit ahead.

I will try the Eagle next time with a big cube to see what that does.
