Thanks for asking! This is one of those herbal liquors from Germany that I picked up last March in Düsseldorf. It was pretty chilly when we were walking around, and we found this cozy wood paneled bar where it was being poured. It warms you nicely from the inside out! I took it out of the freezer last night as our temperatures have dropped a little here in Florida, for a little reminiscing. Killepitsch favors warm spices rather than medicinal herbs.
Though not Belgian, Austria has one of the few real Trappist Breweas well.

An oboe fox is not the same as a Fox oboe. In the old call alphabet (Able, Baker...) oboe was O and fox was F. In the current alphabet (Alpha, Bravo...) O is Oscar and F is foxtrot. In the USN of my youth, an old fashioned was an oboe fox. Later it became an Oscar foxtrot.

You have excellent taste. Our well tends to run EW 1783 and Old Rittenhouse BIB. Sometimes it has Old Overholt.
