I finally made that Zombie I referenced earlier. Don the Beachcomber 1934 recipe. I ended up going with the full amount of rum. And made Don's syrup. Very hogo forward runs. Incredible drink.
Picked up a bottle of Sipsmith gin in Duty Free yesterday, so that is on the menu.
La hora del vermut. Trying a new one. Takes me right back to Madrid!
