You are kind!! It is very similar to ‘The Boy’ (same vintner) and it was a terrific Grenache!
When i get home tonight I may try as close as I can get to the original Don the Beachcomber Zombie, except I think I will cut back on the 4 ounces of rum, including 151 rum, in the original. I am not sure what I will do about the Don's Mix #2 either. Among other things, I assume cinnamon syrup will last forever unless mixed with fresh grapefruit juice. I do not see any reason to combine those ingredients in advance.
Classic daiquiri. I dropped a Luxardo cherry in, too. Too much lime juice tonight. I’ll keep practicing.
