I looked back at the Margarita recipes I've posted previously. Ratios are pretty varied, but each one was thoroughly enjoyed! I have also used Patron Citronge for the orange liqueur.

Northstar Merlot 2012
Tried Oban 14 tonight. Along the lines of Caol Ila and Talisker 10, but I think I prefer both of them to Oban. This is a West Highlands single malt, so I’m thinking it’s somewhere between the sherry Speysides and peaty Islays, but I like a touch more smoke. Still, a very nice sipper!

Macallan 12 double cask. Had a Dewars to start with then finished with the Macallan.

No ice Tanqueray Martini. A friend had some guests from U.K. and this is what he asked for. Tried it. Actually, quite nice. The gin was in the refrigerator so the drink was cool but not diluted.
