Executive Shaving Company has quite a few excellent creams. I've used their Citrus Kiss many times... it has a very nice scent and provides excellent cushion and slickness.

I'm surprised no one has mentioned Lothur soaps easy to lather and great performance. I only have the one scent Tears it's a beautiful cologne type scent. Good price to.

Oh no, there is absolutely no restriction. I have a ton of soaps from all over. I just feel that, in particular, the British brands have really taken a drop in quality over the years with a couple of exceptions.
