All those vintage razors look okay to me. Get all of them. Work with just one of them at first. Send a couple out for honing. Shave shave shave. After a couple dozen shaves you will probably have a dullish razor on your hands but you will understand what a shave ready edge is all about, and know one when you get one, so time to start learning to hone while you shave with razor number two. It may take you a few days to create your first shave worthy edge. Try The Method before you spend a couple hundred bucks on stones. It is fast to learn and gives a newbie crazy excellent edges right out the gate, and it is cheap. You can always branch out into synth or natural stones later. If you follow the directions completely and precisely, you will be creating science fiction sharp edges in no time with a modest outlay of coin. If you freestyle it or omit steps or make substitutions though, you will probably be wasting your time making meh edges at best.

Torrey is an excellent brand, BTW.
