What a Shave this morning

Been wet shaving for a couple months now, and thought i had some pretty dent shaves, but this morning was a new level. I tossed a bit of TOBS Sandalwood cream in the scuttle and whisked up some soap from a Nana June sensous sandalwood puck on the brush, then whipped the soapy brush into the cream in the scuttle for an EXPLOSION of lather-overflowing the bowl! The shave was soft and smooth and close.
The soap and the cream individually did not do it all for me, but together they were amazing. Topped it off with SCS Sandalwood splash and I am still feeling smooth now!

Seems you have discovered the uberlather. I just use soaps myself but have heard the combo makes some killer shaves.

It was just an excellent start. I figured the glycerine soap did not need any added glycerine. O boy it was nice. smooth all day. Then went to the barber and got a nice haircut with a straight razor touch around the edges.

So nice...
