forgive me if this is the wrong board for this.

I just recently received an order from West Coast Shaving. They mistakenly sent me the travel size instead of the "regular" size item that I ordered. I emailed them and received a reply first thing Monday morning. It wasn't a big deal, but they were very apologetic and quick to fix the problem.

I just like to give companies credit for great and prompt customer service. Great vender!

+1 on all this. Excellent service. I just received a new EJ8911 from them, a mere four days after I placed my order, and I live on the East Coast. That was with the least expensive USPS shipping option . . .

There is a problem with the razor - a very tiny ding in the handle. With the shiny beauty of all that chrome, it does stand out, I'm afraid.

No worries. I called WCS. They're sending me a new one along with a return label for this one. Even told me I could shave with this one to find out whether it's as good as everybody says.

Ordered from WCS a few weeks ago to purchase items that weren't available in Canada. I contacted them about a few international shipping questions I had and received answers very promptly.

Will shop there again for sure.
