You could probably find some NOS that someone is selling. I have three NOS techmatic razors, so finding someone with refills should be easy. I am sure you will have at least 3 people in the comments offer you, and more in your PM box.

Wow, those techmatics bring back some memories. I bought one after I "gave up" on the Gillette adjustable - but went back to the adjustable after a few months. For some reason the blade would not stay sharp enough and I had to move it forward every two days.

Back then shaving was trial and error and no one I knew suggested using less pressure. But then again, Al Gore had not invented the intenet!

My brother's techmatic is one of my earliest shaving memories.

He'd leave it on the bathroom sink, where it proved fascinating to a five year old. Once or twice I tried shaving the only spare hair I had available - my forearm - which earned a telling off from my mother.

The numbers that changed when you twiddled the razor's knob were the real fascination, and the cause of much ranting on my brother's part. This may have contributed to his abandoning wet shaving all together, switching to electric razors.
