Were all "Rockets" made in England?

I have seen a gold razor on eBay that looks like a Rocket. However, it was made in the US. Were Rockets made at multiple locations?

How do you identify it as a Rocket? A Rocket will have pointed end caps as opposed the the flat ended Super Speed caps and a Rocket would have an extended gap between the TTO knob and the handle proper as opposed to a flush fit for the Super Speed.

There is a really great write-up about Rockets right here, and in that you will see what the author describes as an "American Rocket" that was made in the US.

It is identical to the photo of the gold rocket on the left in the photo. It has pointed endcaps and the gap between the TTO when the doors are closed and gap closes when door are open. Dead on except it is stamped as made in the USA.

Thanks Beelzabulb. So there were "Americian Rockets" produced. That's good to know. Again, this site and it's members come through.
