Nice and shinny. Going to load with a Silver Blue in the AM and give it a whirl. Looks like it might be an aggressive shaver. I will post a post shave post tomorrow. Feels good in my hand. Looking forward to the first shave.

My Weber shiny w/ bulldog handle arrived today also but I could not wait til morning to try it, although I had a great shave this morning I gave it a whirl with the supplied Astra's. Did a two pass ATG & XTG with my Frankensoap of Williams VDH & a little Arko and was rewarded with a great close shave. The razor does look aggressive with the gap seeming large, however the first shave yielded no irritation or redness (pretty easy for me to get redness on my cheeks with a too aggressive for me razor). I think I'm really going to like this razor, but time will tell. It has good weight and balances well, finding the angle was easy. All I can say is I can't wait for morning.

I was thinking about an Arc, but a polished stainless bulldog sounds great. Where did you order yours?

DLC is reportedly going to be available again in 2013.
I also had an evening shave with mine. I used the supplied Astra SP and Razorock XXX. Like MondoJ said, looks aggressive, but is really smooth. The bulldog handle feels great. I'm going to like this razor.
