WD-40 is one of the things every man has to have at hand at all times

Talkin' bout its use for shaving:
1) Oils the moving parts of your DEs
2) Protects straight razors from getting rusty when not being used for some time
3) Can help with cleaning your straights
4) Who knows, maybe you CAN use it as a preshave :aureola:

If you can't fix it with WD-40, a big screwdirver, and a roll of duct tape, it can't be fixed.

Silicone spray is even better.:thumbup1:

I hear it's also a delicious dessert topping*! :lol1:

*the poster as well as B&B, its associates and affilliates in no way condone or recommend the use of chemical lubricants in food, drinks or breakfast cereals. This post is in no way an endorsement of such behavior and should not be construed as one... member FDIC.

I can vouch for #40. My 8-year old is frequently stung by fire ants. I saw this listing of miracle uses for WD-40 a couple of years ago and tried it on the stings. He said it stopped hurting.

If anyone has been stung by these creatures, they will understand that it is truly a miracle. Fire ant stings can be very painful for several days or weeks.

Thankee ver much! WD-40 cleans bathtubs, showers, etc. If it's broke Duct Tape it; for everything else WD-40.

I believe that WD-40 has attained the elevated status, as well as the universal utility of duct tape. Every man needs a can...I actualy believe that to be "Man Law # 40.

It is one of the products in me restoring arsenal not for lubricating I use mineral oil for that but for cleaning sometimes.

Change the scent of WD40? (aghast) I hope not...it is a chick magnet. Granted it is a certain kind of chick....
