I like that better than the steel bracelet.
I do like the steel but wanted a change, very well made bracelet but heavy for summer wear and it will Give me a chance to do a light polish on it.
They definitely are heavy for summer. I'm just generally not a fan of steel bracelets. I had one on my Seiko 5 but never really liked it. Swapped it out for a tan rally strap and it gets much more wrist time. In fact, I'm wearing it now!
Glycine (Invicta) combat sub. Actually pretty impressed with the quality of this watch. The OEM strap however, while robust and would probably survive anything, was horrible comfort wise.
The "trash my watch" edition, perhaps? No, this watch isn't anything special. It's probably too big for my skinny wrist. BUT, it is also the watch I get the most compliments on....from family, friends, and strangers alike. It is a "twist" from Fossil that I don't believe they make anymore. The small seconds is automatic, the central time is quartz. Certainly not at the same level as many of the watches in here...but I do enjoy wearing it.

New band for my Timex Expedition Field Chronograph just came and I am loving it! It's the Cordura leather in the color "Autumn" from Clockwork Synergy. The color matches the second hands and the stitching complements the numbers.
I have a hankering for an automatic with a Swiss movement. Been keeping my eye on the Glycines.
Been swapping between these two all week and tomorrow brings some new selections
Love that Nardin, one of the premium watches I haven't gotten.
It keeps impeccable time, loses less than a sec a day, I would personally prefer a watch be fast than slow but I rotate alot so being slow just alittle is no bother

Orient Ray 2 is doing just fine at the beach and pool...which is good because I stripped the crown on my Certina DS.....actually have to find a good place to send it for repair. Any suggestions?
There are several choices for the Certina repair but there are online shops along mailing it directly to Certina but maybe a local watch repair shop is a better option
